Simon Saberi is an accomplished Real Estate entrepreneur since 1982, whose expertise covers the acquisition, creation, and development of commercial and residential projects "from the ground up". 

Simon joined J.F.K. Development Company in 1982, and has since participated in the development of residential and commercial projects, with an emphasis in Condominium Conversion Projects and other building renovations that require renovating, upgrading, and reconstruction.

In 1988, Mr. Saberi founded his own company in order to bring together regional investors throuhghout the U.S. from Nevada, California, and Ohio (Columbus) to successfully manage ample commercial projects in Henderson, Las Vegas, and at present Columbus Ohio. Salong with several officebuildings and other commercial projects in Southern California.

Additionally, Simon and his team have extensive experience in dealing with professionals not only in real estate construction but in exacting fields of phase one reporting, land surveys, traffic studies, and demographics research analysis (in each step of the project development - right down to the drainage studies).
